Zardoz is so gloriously awful it gets a place on my list just for kitsch value alone.

The Wind and the Lion is my favourite Connery film. Hands down. Probably Medicine Man & Hunt for Red October tie for second place, Highlander for 3rd. www.imdb.com/title/tt0073906/?ref_=nv_sr_srsg_0 <-- Here's the link, if you're interested. Also stars Candice Bergen & Brian Keith (as President Teddy R). Roughly, Connery plays The Rasuli (I know I spelled that wrong, I apologize) who kidnaps an American woman (Bergen) and her two children from their home in Morocco in the early 20th century, and President Teddy R has to deal with the ransom demands/press/etc. It's a movie that (rightfully) would never be made in this day and age, though it's still an enjoyable film that has some interesting takes on politics and such. Also, there is a running gag about Connery trying to pronounce the name Winchester.

The Last Crusade The First Great Train Robbery The Man Who Would be King
"Now listen to me you benighted muckers! We are going to teach you soldiering, the world's noblest profession. When we're done with you you'll be able to stand up and slaughter your enemies like civilized men!..Good soldiers don't think! They just obey. Do you suppose if a man thought twice he would give his life for queen and country? Not bloody likely. He wouldn't go near the battlefield. One look at your foolish faces tells me you are going to be crack troops! Oh him there, that fellow with the five and a half hat size has the makings of a bloody hero!"
