Either 'The Longest Day' (1962) or 'A Bridge Too Far' (1977).
He recently turned 73 and has health conditions but is still mobile.

I don't know his absolute favorite, but classics I know he likes Batman and he always tried to get me to watch Psycho and Wizard of Oz.

My dad was a big fan of classic films, especially epics like Lawrence of Arabia, The Ten Commandments, Ben-Hur, King of Kings, El Cid etc and westerns like The Dollar trilogy, The Magnificent Seven etc. And stuff like The Godfather, Taxi Driver, Raging Bull, Rocky etc.
It was my dad who really got me into classic films.

My father didn't watch a lot of movies, but my grandfather lived with us for a while and I remember him remarking that It Came From Beneath the Sea was one of the best movies he had ever seen. Somehow, I don't think he watched a lot of films, either.
