Only more recently. Bette Midler and Lily Tomlin in Big Business (1988)   This one predates both - Allan Jones & Joe Penner were the two sets of twins  Seeing Martha Raye's name reminds me that she played twins in the Abbott & Costello vehicle Keep 'Em Flying.
