Back to the Future to me feels too distinctive and quirky in its style to be something Spielberg would have directed himself.

The three scenes Tobe Hooper shot in Poltergeist.
But yeah, a lot of the ones he produced in the 80s feel like him. BttF, The Goonies, Gremlins. Then Super 8 desperately wants to feel like one.
