That motorcycle movie Torque spells it out to the audience that they're not The Fast and the Furious.
At one point the lead used the exact same line about living life 'a quarter mile at a time' from The Fast and Furious word-for-word and a second character goes "that's the dumbest thing I ever heard!".

BURY ME AN ANGEL with the twist ending made a super dig at almost every biker exploitation and rightful revenge movie ever made before it.

I figured they were making a joke about their own movie. I'm not sure the movie was that self-aware. On the other hand, Last Stand wasn't directed by Singer, so easy target. Plus, the rest of the conversation is similarly pointed. "I'm just saying Empire is still the best. It's the most complex, the most sophisticated. Wasn't afraid to have a dark ending." - Days of Future Past didn't really have a dark ending, but X2 did "Yeah but come on, if it wasn't for the first one you wouldn't have any of the rest of the movies." - First Class is technically the fifth of a series, so yeah Speaking of X-Men, there are several jabs at Origins (as well as Green Lantern) in the Deadpool flicks.

I guess that makes more sense, but I thought they were just poking fun at themselves with that joke. And yeah, good call on Deadpool.

In the first X-Files movie, there's a scene where David Duchovny is urinating on a wall outdoors that has an Independence Day movie poster on it.

In Godzilla, Mothra and King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack, there is this small bit of dialogue:
General Tachibana: Monsters resembling Godzilla have been seen in the United States... Soldier one: Wasn't that Godzilla? Soldier two: The Americans said it was Godzilla, but all the Japanese scientists denied it.
