'The Magnificent Seven' (1960), or 'Remo Williams : The Adventure Begins' (1985) perhaps ... she's a movie fan so she enjoys many. I became a horror fan by watching horror movies with her (and reading her horror novels) as a boy, though her favourite thing is crime movies and mystery stories, Agatha Christie, Edgar Wallace, Arthur Conan Doyle and the like.
She's 72 and has health conditions but is still quite active.

I'm not sure if it was her favorite, but my mom went through a very heavy La Bamba phase. One of my brothers was a real wild child, so I think my mom was really intrigued by the older brother of Richie Valens, and that particular storyline.
The cool thing about that? Many years later, after she passed away, I got to meet Lou Diamond Phillips and tell him how much that film meant to my mom. Pretty cool moment for me.

Scream and Scream 2
My mom loves horror/slasher films which is probably why I do as well.
