1. Andy Reid - Chiefs 2. John Harbaugh - Ravens 3. Matt Lafleur - Packers 4. Sean McDermott - Bills 5. Sean Payton - Saints 6. Bill Belichick - Pats 7. Kevin Stefanski - Browns
Shade thrown at B Squared
I wonder if Aaron Rodgers agrees with Lafleur's ranking

Way too early for Stefanski to be so high, above the likes of Shanahan, McVay, Reich, Arians, Rivera, Flores, Tomlin, Carroll, even Vrabel. Shanahan always seems to get shit on for his record despite always having injured teams.

It's nice to see a Cleveland Browns coach on the list but Kevin Stefanski's toughest seasons lie ahead of him. I think it'll be easier to judge how effective he is when he has a body of work to compare. I have no complaints at the moment though, I like his steeliness, I enjoy hearing him speak about analytics, player potential and game tactics and I feel he's made all the right moves in his first season. He also has a philosophy and believes in building a culture in Cleveland, for the fans, the city and the organisation.

His personality is infectious - always smiling and positive - pumping everybody up - can't wait for his post game press conferences
He's a coach I want to go to War with and would bleed for - I'd run throw 20 brick walls for him

What is Belichick doing there: losing record, no playoffs...like in every season without Brady. I can't stand the guy and believe he wouldn't have as many Super Bowls as he does without Brady - but I still fully expected him to be ranked #1 on this list (how do you discredit 6 Super Bowls - and I think Tom kind of made him - not the other way around as we saw this past season with Tom winning another SB)
Jaw kind of dropped at his ranking though.

My understanding is that they ranked who are the best coaches right now - in the upcoming season - and thus it is not accounting the entire legacy. => Top 7 Coaches 2021

The guys who track the players and assign them grades are literally from India and Bangladesh. A radio station in Detroit contacted PFF to have their offensive line ranker come out. PFF said it would be inconvenient to do so because the guy who did it lived in Bangladesh. I wouldn't trust them to do anything more than count tackles and receptions.
