I like it being our defense was so putrid last year - as Hart and Elliott were left hung out to dry constantly (not that they played particular well either but it was beyond ridiculous how much our defense collapsed game in and game out last year).
Looks like Ellis has had only 1 negative +/- season in his career
Sad to see Myers and Patrick go though.
Myers had a disappointing sophomore year (-11) after a promising rookie season. Patrick could never stay healthy and stay on the ice - migraine issues. Managed to stay healthy last year but greatly underwhelmed and only had 9 points and was a -30 in a short season.
That said - Myers is only 24 and Patrick 22
Ellis is 30

Carsen Twarynski
I liked this kid. 23 year old LW.
He's been up and down from the Phantoms to the Flyers repeatedly over the past couple of years - always gets called up when there's a late scratch/injury. Feared if Seattle was looking for youth as opposed to experience this may be the way they go - and that they did.

Ghosty traded to the Coyotes in a salary dump - gave up a 2nd Round and 7th Round Pick as well just for Cap Relief - $9 mil We can't seem to get rid of him He cleared waivers last year after being demoted - no team claimed him Had him available in the expansion draft last night - Kraken didn't pick him
