Post all of your trade deadline wants, needs, buyers, sellers, rumors, and deals here.
Ken Rosenthal is saying that Cubs will be open to dealing both high end (Bryant, Rizzo, Baez, Kimbrel) and low end (Joc Pederson, Zach Davies, Andrew Chafin, Ryan Tepera) players.
I bet the Pads would welcome back Davies . . . and add Chafin into the mix. Both are free agents after the season, so hopefully the return wouldn't be all that great.

We're buyin'
Backend of the rotation and bullpen help
3.5 out of first and in 2nd place right now
I predict we also sign Cole after we watch him throw on Friday

Refresh my memory, throwing money at players have won you how many pennants in the last 10 years?
Or is this another Process?

I have a feeling the Fishies will be trading Starling Marte, they could get a decent return for him and since they arenβt really contending for the playoffs I think he will be dealt. To who I donβt know, I know the Astros are one team that could really use another outfielder.

I'll never blame a team for trying and spending Moula and Bookoo Bucks
I will blame a team for sitting on their hands and not doing a thing when tweeks and alterations are needed - or selling when you're only 3.5 out of 1st place
It's why I love my ownership groups - always willing to spend

There's a lot of scuttlebutt about the Mets landing Adam Frazier.
I'd like to see them go after Jose Berrios, although I'm not sure the Twins are going to deal him. They see themselves as still having a strong team, they're just having a terrible season. I more or less agree, but still, Berrios will be a free agent after next year and it's unlikely they'll re-sign him. He could land a decent return package given his 1.5 years of team control left and is just now entering his prime.

Braves acquire Joc Pederson from the Cubs - I donβt think this will come close to helping their offense deal with the loss of Acuna but it gives them a decent outfielder which they need.

They lost Ozuna too, so they are starving for some offensive production from an outfielder. Pederson is having a terrible year though. Kind of a nothing move, just plugging in a warm body to fill ABs at this point.

I do think this is the beginning of a fire sale for the Cubs though, I expect several more Cubs to be traded in the coming weeks.

I wonder if Dommy has thoughts of flipping Rhys for some pitching help -
Moving Bohmy to 1st -
And then trading for Kris Bryant at the deadline .....
Kris is Bryce's Bestie and both are from Vegas....

Twins recently offered CF Byron Buxton a contract similar to what the Yanks gave Hicks - 7 years and $70 mil - reported to be over it If he rejects the offer the Twins may look to trade him - Baseball Insider Jon Heyman states - 'The Phillies would be at or near the front of the line if Byron Buxton becomes available.' I like it. I do.

I like it. I do. He had a 2.9 WAR with only 103 at bats this season. The problem is, he has too many of "those" seasons. Seven seasons now and he has only topped 300 at bats once. What do you give up for somebody who inarguably has great talent but can never seem to stay healthy?

At 54-36, the White Sox should be buyers. A solid .600 is the goal for this point in the season, and with losing Eloy, Robert, and Madrigal I am very happy to be .600.
Eloy is getting healthy, on assignment to Triple A now. He will be, by far, the best addition we can make. Robert maybe a month later.
I would love some relief pitching and one of the Martes. Fraizer and the big relief pitcher in Pittsburgh would be great, and Trevor Story is a pipe dream.

Per Jon Heyman - 'Phillies, Astros and Yanks are among teams to check in on Starling Marte who seems likely to be traded. A sizable gap remains in contract talks with the Marlins as @bnightengale said. Miamiβs offer is for more than the reported $30M for 3 years but extension hopes are fading'
