My first thought is he only got nominated because he is black.
I don`t care how good of an actor you are, nobody regardless of race or gender should be nominated for doing a scene that is under two minutes.

Is an actor who only appeared for less than 2 mins really deserving of a nod? The actor who played the forgotten super solder at more screen time and he wasn't nominated.
