Whatever they do, Ainge will be playing lots of tricks to try to get Magic worried about Ball going somewhere before they pick. Though Lakers couldn't be all that disappointed with Fultz. Mind games are on their way. Thursday, June 22 is draft day.

Or just have competent owners and management, that way you could've been like Boston: go to the playoffs the last three years, get the #1 seed and make your way to the conference finals, and still end up with the #1 pick thanks to shrewd moves by your front office. Or you could throw out a shitty product for your fans to suffer through for years and they'll celebrate a hypothetical success story that's still 3 years off in their minds. I know where I'd rather be right now. i bet you're a blast at a party Sorry frogs, I meant no offense. In all seriousness I marvel at your patience and your positivity. It's been a tough run for Philly but you're choosing to look at the bright side, and that's admirable. I hope Simmons and Embiid get healthy and you guys become a team to reckon with again. Not too good of course, but good enough for the Boston/Philly rivalry to mean something again. Whoever you get at 3 is going to pretty damn good, too.

I'd love for the Sixers, Knicks and Celts to all be good again. Makes the rivalries that much more fun. Even the Lakers out West. Not fun in my eyes when your rivals are at the bottom of the division. Feel the same way about the Cowboys, Mets, Rangers, Pens, Braves, Giants, Skins, etc. Then game time rolls around - you just that much more geared up as a fan when you're hated rival is coming into your home and they're actually decent.

yes. he will. greek freak in milwaukee. stick him anywhere on the court ala magic and lebron (not saying he'll turn out to be them) pair him with Embiid. you've got a dirty tough as nails player in Saric. you need a shooter. don't know if i'd 'reach' and take Monk here - i wouldn't - that's a reach at 3 in my eyes- but this team is set if they can stay healthy. people will look back 5 years from now and think, 'now i get it'

what do the Celts do since they're guard heavy? trade the pick? still take Fultz? or do they take Jackson? Draft Ball (if they consider him the best overall player), then deal him to whoever wants him (Lakers, probably) for their pick, plus extras.

Welcome back! What happened? I've been banned from the Politics board. They warned me, and I told them "Do as you please". But I took down iLoveSh#t with me. I'm sorry. He was one of your pals. Your pal, mutton... is following me too. Funny guy. Never gives up. See you around!

Let's meet back here in 3 years and count the Sixers playoff berths since this post. If there are any to count. playoff berths. lmfao woo hooooo!!!!!!! we made the playoffs and got ousted again!!!!!!! woo hooooooo!!!!!! we made the playoffs!!!!!! that's what 'The Process' was all about. it's not about 'making the playoffs'. Gee!! iggy, evan turner, spencer hawes, doug collins as coach, jrue holiday - they had a memorable run in the playoffs and knocked off the Bulls as an 8 vs. 1 seed and had an exciting series against the Celts after. that's what 'The Process' was/is all about. who in blue hell cares about 'making the playoffs'?!?!?!? it's about 'Championships'! what world do i live in? you're rewarded a ribbon for coming in 3rd. finishing 2nd. hockey team loses in OT and gets a point. huh??? Playoffs? ? playoffs? ? (cue Jim Mora) 'The Process' is about eliteness and Championships

Okay, wanna count them? c'mom bub... who's set up like my sixers for the next decade plus? nobody i love my rival celts fans. it's always a 'friendly' joust. but to call a spade a spade - my Sixers have 2 generational talents in Embiid and Simmons. Celts? they're that 'playoff' team you're talking about. Woooooo hooooooo!!!!!! we made the playoffs and made a run to the Conference Finals!!!! woooooooo hooooooo!!!!!!!!! ok. gotya. i'll sit back. be patient. smile. Process

Are the tickets for Philly still cheap? I haven't been there in 6+ years, but the one saving grace was that you could sit 7th row in Philly for the same money it'd cost to sit in the nosebleed sections at Madison Square Garden, even though the Knicks were just as shitty as the Sixers were.
