Will be interesting to see what they can do with a franchise like this now. The last animated GI Joe show I remember was more like the A Team than the classic show. Not that that was a bad thing, it was a solid show.

I liked the original mini-series. They hold up really well. I abandoned it when the DIC show started--one time I was looking out onto the street and this kid was walking home from school past the window and he was pumping his fit in front of him and saying "got to get tough, GiJoe! Got to get tough, GiJoe!"
It wasn't hard to guess what he was going to watch when he got home.

Not that that was a bad thing, it was a solid show. G.I. Joe Renegades. I watched it on The Hub channel which is now something else. I was put off by the animation style at first but I stuck with it and got used to it. Its too bad it got cancelled after one season, I grew to really like it. Duke, Roadblock and Scarlet and a few other Joes were framed for some deaths (a terrorist attack? I can't remember, I haven't seen it since it was first run) and wanted for treason. Flint and Lady Jaye and some other Joes were hunting them to bring them in. Duke and his small team were trying to stay one step ahead of them and also battling the terrorist orhanization Cobra who the world only knows as a huge and well liked conglomerate corporation. Along the way they got help from others they would meet. Shipwreck is the only one that comes to mind right now.
