Sounds interesting. My favorite of the "blue" variety is Gorgonzola, from Italy.

My favorite so far is Danish Blue Castello Danablue (Lou Costello?). The price sticker says Castello Rosenborg, but it may be wrong. $11/lb
I heard a really good description of Maytag blue, and was just able to track some down. Haven't opened yet, $22/lb
I like a lot of blue inside, creamy, not bitter. Trader Joe's Cambozola triple cream from Germany is too not-blue and brie-like for me. $13/lb. I should toss, sell by is 5/20 and it's yellowed.
Their Stilton is ok,

Not familiar with Black Label. The "regular" Cambozola is probably my favourite cheese - but don't tell that to my French friends! Not sure they would appreciate my picking a German cheese over all of theirs!

It's the same Maytag that is the parent company of the appliance manufacturer. In the '60's, our next-door neighbor owned a local appliance store. He often received shipments of cheese, and was encouraged to share it with customers and friends, as a marketing effort. My Dad made a glorious dressing with it.

cheese place just got this in: OG Kristal This aged cow's milk Gouda from Belgium features a creamy texture filled with large, crunchy crystals. Its full flavor is the perfect balance of sweet, sharp, and savory, and finishes with the taste of fresh churned butter.

what a vivid blue cheese from germany. soft too! Used to get that years ago at Trader Joes. They also had a version that was studded with diced pieces of forest mushrooms. So good it was glorious, lol.
