I wouldn't go back that far. If you ask me, Moana was delightful from start to finish. Ralph Breaks the Internet does a disservice to the first film. Frozen II had such a complicated story. Raya and the Last Dragon was also very good, but the premise lifts too much from Avatar: The Last Airbender.

Moana was pretty good. Probably one of the last good ones I've seen.
Raya and the Last Dragon was pretty good, but Moana was solid.
If you go back to hand drawn animation I'm still very partial to Black Cauldron.
