Why are the Milwaukee Bucks coming back in the NBA championship series?

It’s a combination of things. Chris Paul not playing well and Giannis actually making free throws chief among them.

Strong work ethic and team solidarity, I feel. I think the defensive block by Giannis Antetokounmpo in game 4 and the turnover by Jrue Holiday in game 5 show the spirit of this outfit to keep fighting. 16 points down with 2 timeouts burned in the first quarter, it was also good coaching that hauled them back into it on the road in game 5. They have character.
Going into game 6, they're still fighting for Milwaukee to end a 50-year drought, but Phoenix are a dangerous opponent with the potential to win big on the road. Exciting series.

Chris Paul always finds a way to lose a playoff series.

They're winning because of Larry Crowne.

It's the shoes. Suns players, especially CP3, are slipping a bunch.
Tenacious D (no Jack Black), no Saric to help keep the Bucks from offensive rebounds, and Giannis largely abandoning his outside game.

Giannis.
Booker & CP3 seem to have played all their cards & seem resigned to losing it. The shot of them walking off together after game 5 like they'd thrown all their punches for nothing was pretty telling to me.
