Except Ronan wasn't defeated by a dance-off, it wasn't even a dance-off - Quill was the only one dancing and initiating the challenge, Ronan didn't do anything but question his strange behavior. If someone challenged me to a basketball game but I didn't accept their challenge and play then I can't be defeated by it because I didn't agree to participate.
Neither Team Cap or Team Iron Man set out to kill each other in Civil War like Batman and Superman in BvS had, Captain America didn't want to kill Spider-Man or wound him severely, so after getting him into a situation where he cannot easily escape and continue pursuit was ideal.
As another pointed out, AOS is MCU, TV series or not, so it counts.

MCU plays it safe....
The MCU on its own account is a risk. And what about Guardians, Ant-man and Doctor Strange? Wouldnt all those movies be bombs according to DC fan(s)? Doesnt that mean that the MCU takes risks in their eyes?
So DC fan(s) what is it? Before movies with lesser known characters come out Marvel takes risks while you are saying also Marvel doesnt. I dont understand.
And than the MCU fans are stupid.

I would normally rip this, but I'mma let it slide under the assumption that English is your second/third/fourth language, which makes you an inherently richer person than I am, and because you're from the coolest sovereign nation on the planet.

AoS alone is probably more diverse than the entire DCEU at this point. AoS is a TV show not a movie. MCU doesn't want diversity in their movies. 15 MCU movies so far. Lead character in all 15 movies has been a Caucasian male. Way to promote diversity! Defending DC over Marvel in terms of diversity is hilarious. Do you really believe that? Because when the question of diversity in DC was pointed out to you a number of times you seemed to ignore them? Try replying to this imdb2.freeforums.net/thread/25416/dceu-hates-black-superheroes

Sounds like WB didn't like what he did, after all he shot supposedly over 4 hours of footage and only used half. So unless WB saw what he did and tried to salvage what they can to release a film, or they put too much hope into him and he got out of control. Either way that film was bad. Like Thor: The Dark World bad! These are the same people who gave Zack Snyder the keys to the city and didn't take the hint to fire him when Man of Steel was met with lukewarm reception and underperformed so badly it barely did better than Thor: The Dark World. This puts their ability to properly appraise Ayer's work into question. Plus, they basically made him rush to finish the script instead of letting him finish it at a normal pace. It sounds to me like they're at fault here. Not him. If that's true, than not only is WB at fault but its also proof that they only rush it as a response to Guardians of the galaxy.

I think it's been painfully obvious SS was made in response to Guardians of the Galaxy since the film's release. Plus, they also had a company that edits film trailers edit the film.
