I buy a quarter. I like seeing the inside and choosing by color and size.
I'll typically cut a fat wedge, or just attack the whole thing with a spoon (whatever the spoon size is between teaspoon and tablespoon) and tip it to drink the juice as it forms. I might eat the end triangle from all sides.
The simple joys of living alone and not having to think about anyone else.
