So after having not gone to a game in 2 years, I have tickets for Thursday and Friday this week! Let's play "who is going to start those games for the Mets?" There is no way any of us will guess both games correctly.

I wasn't even thinking of that, I'll be impressed if anyone just guesses the Mets starters, given they're down to literally plucking guys off the street.

I wasn't even thinking of that, I'll be impressed if anyone just guesses the Mets starters, given they're down to literally plucking guys off the street. years ago, in high school, used to smuggle rum into o's games in sunscreen bottles. one time i left them out and my friends mom took them to the pool. THEY CAME BACK ALL BURNT RED. she was pissed, this Coppertone is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!we are all burnt!!!!!!!!! alas, such is the case when you coat yourself in rum!

He was playing abysmal to start the season - were whispers he was gone at the trade deadline to try and get anything for him (even if it was a low level prospect) or do him a favor and try to see if a contender could use his services since he's a respected vet and a great clubhouse guy
