any straight up comedy film out of all of them made in the 1990's .Or any from 2000 to 2009. Or any from 2010 to 2019? In other words Is the burbs probably better, in your opinion than any comedy made from 1990 till today? Not that i'm saying that this film is a masterpiece or anything.
I mean as far as just straight up comedy films. Not like comedy-horror such as gremlins 2. Or comedy-fantasy such as bill and ted's bogus journey.

By the way, implying that The Burbs is better than any comedy movie ever from 1990 to 2019–and then claiming you’re not saying the movie is a masterpiece or anything—seems like a contradiction to me.
