According to baseball insider Matt Breen - Vinny V sent to the pen - so I got what I asked for
'The Phillies are replacing Vince Velasquez in the starting rotation with Chase Anderson. Velasquez will move to the bullpen and be a long reliever, Joe Girardi said.'
Although Girardi is replacing him for the time being with Chase whose ERA is 6.75  |
