Fritz The Cat and The Nine Lives of Fritz The Cat are both getting blu-ray releases on Oct 26th, courtesy of Kino Lorber. That's good news, but unfortunately there's not a lot in in the way of bonus material. Fritz The Cat will have an audio commentary with Artist/Historian Stephen Bissette and Author G. Michael Dobbs, and the theatrical trailer. Nine Lives will just have its trailer. Would have great if there was some participation from Skip Hinnant (voice of Fritz) and Ralph Bakshi.

I have the Arrow DVD version, that contains both of the films, but of the Ralph Bakshi animated films, I guess Fire and Ice (1983) and Cool World (yeah I know, not a great one, but still, one of those I tend to enjoy very much, probably also due to Holli Would) are two that I would like to have on Blu-ray, or at least upgraded versions, as both my DVDs, are getting quite old and worn down.
