Big Play Slay is taller than J-Reag and right in front of him
J-Reag is off balance as he's being screened by BPS and comes down with the ball with 1 hand doing a 360!
'Draped all over' can mean no-contact now? Interesting indeed. Definitely a more difficult catch when you have someone in close coverage than when you have someone dragging you to the ground. That's for sure. And of course practice is more challenging and counts more than a game. This has been established. Of course 'no-contact'

Oh ok, so the Beckham catch doesn't count because the offensive player's achievement is disregarded if the defensive player commits a penalty...? Got it. Makes sense.

There is in fact contact and J-Reag still comes down with the ball!
Pause the video at 1 second - BPS's thigh/knee is in J-Reag's back!
