Do they still have long distance walking? Those men they all look like constipating trying not to make big steps. LOL Or like a Mr. Humphries (Are You Being Served?) walk.  Yes - they did have speed walking. The Tokyo Olympics will be the last games where that event will be, though. As for other games, it was said that Disc Golf might make an appearance at the next games due to its growing popularity. Joker's Wilde

I think T20 cricket will get a run at some stage. The Indian sub continent is a huge market. India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan have about 2 billion people between them and the women's game has come up in both participation and quality in leaps and bounds in the last decade. I remember when they had 50 over cricket in the Commonwealth games it was a unique opportunity for Caribbean players to represent their own nation rather than the "West Indies" conglomerate. If they were to reintroduce cricket, then I can see how this would especially benefit a lot of South Asian and Caribbean countries to finally have one sport they could dominate and participate in the most for the Olympics.
