I'm going to have a home cooked burger, which I often do on Saturday. And, I want Caesar salad.
I recently saw a video in which the chef asked the musical question: "What is a blend of Egg and Oil? Mayonnaise." Duh!
Best Foods/Hellman's, has already done the work. So, I'm going to add the; lemon juice, garlic, anchovies, "W" sauce, Dijon mustard, S/P," and see how it turns out. (I don't know if it's further "cheating," or not ... but, I think that Iceberg lettuce is more flavorful than Romaine, so I use it.)
