Yay, although I do think it ends far too abruptly.

Yay.
It's got a catchy soundtrack, a neat story, great old-school creature effects and is maybe the first 80s horror to adopt that campy tone that will become such an important feature of the genre later in the decade.

Yay. I don’t love it as much as some people do, but I definitely do like it. I first saw this as a teen and had a major crush on sexy nurse Jenny Agutter. (Still do really.)

Yay, although I do think it ends far too abruptly. I always kinda liked that. That hard cut to the bouncy, Doo Wop version of "Blue Moon" after such a tragic ending makes me laugh in a really mean-spirited way every single time.

Werewolf subgenre is very shallow but this is the best of them for sure 7/10

The opening of this film really bugged me. The pub people were so terrified of the werewolf but were able to kill it easily with normal bullets? TF?

I don't blame you for still having a crush on Jenny. Beautiful woman. The first time I saw her was in Logan's Run and I was instantly in love.

Yeah well you can kill regular people with normal bullets too, but people spend a long time being terrified of mortal men too until they're pushed to their limits. Like the movie Stunt Squad, everybody's so scared of this guy who's bombing phone booths, big crime head, so the police have to come up with a special division to take down his men, but in the end, the police are as usual too powerless to stop him, and it's the everyday people who charge this guy and collectively beat him to death.

I saw this movie when I was I think 13, before I knew how English people talk, so when the guy says to David 'You could throw yourself in front of a tube' I'm like 'huh? What? What's that gonna do?'

Yay. Good effects, groovy soundtrack and fun, goofy storyline. More of a were-beast than an actual werewolf but meh.

Yes. I don’t normally like horror films, but this one was great fun. I like American Werewolf in Paris too.
