Great horror from the warped mind of David Cronenberg. Awesome special effects. Oh, and the maggot scene was unforgettable.

Good movie though its biggest legacy is probably the tag line.

Great movie. Definitely one of the best remakes ever and features some great practical effects with a tragic story that gets to you.

In a movie with a great many gross out moments, the arm break really does it for me. Great performance from Goldblum. Drink deep, or taste not, the plasma spring!

10/10
Cronenberg's magnum opus - a deeply unsettling, visually revolting tale of scientific experimentation taken too far, with unbelievably horrific consequences. Frankenstein for the 1980s. A difficult watch but one of the greatest horror movies ever made.

Brilliantly conceived movie that takes advantage of the quantum leap in genetics since 1958.
Goldblum is excellent in his character arc from quirky scientist to tragic victim of his own impatience, Geena Davis is alternately sexy and slyly humorous and the gore quotient is over the top (I still go into the kitchen during the Brundle tour of his lost body parts).
Superb fx. Goldblum crawling across the ceiling and down the wall is just one of the unforgettable moments in this superior remake.
