You've got to watch CK... & again with Roger Ebert's commentary... & then again still. It's my #3 all-time.
I've never watched Once Upon a Time in New York. That's the biggest thing I can think of.

Took me twenty years from first reading about it, to finally seeing Jacques Rivette's Out 1 in 2016
Have also only just recently caught up with Throne of Blood, The Conformist and Holy Mountain
Films that have been on the watchlist for quite a while now, but currently still unseen for one reason or another:
Eureka (2000) Eyes Without a Face (1960) Lawrence of Belgravia (2012) Les Vampires (1915) Farewell My Concubine (1993) Lola Montes (1955)

You've got to watch CK...but not with the commentary. Ebert sounded like a total nerd on it. One of the worst commentaries ever.

It wasn't a crazy long wait or anything, but I used to be the guy that saw every movie that was considered an Oscar contender, even when I really had no interest. It was fall of 2018 and Crazy Rich Asians, A Star Is Born, Green Book and First Man all got released fairly close together. I had quite a bit going on in my life at the time and just decided I wasn't going to have time for these movies. Now, I did end up seeing A Star Is Born on VOD before Oscar night, and imo should have won, but never got around to the others. I ended up watching First Man last night because I had rewatched La La Land and Whiplash last week. Gotta say, that movie was mesmerizing for the few minutes it took place on the Moon, but otherwise was boring and didactic.
