Hasn't happened in MLB since 2000, in NFL since 2005. Since 1980 it's happened in MLB twice (92-3 Blue Jays, 98-00 Yankees). In the NFL it's happened 4 times (49ers, Cowboys, Broncos, Patriots). I'd say that speaks for itself.
As for the other two, again going since 1980, NBA has had 8 (including 12 consecutive seasons from 87-98) NHL has had 5.

What do you mean by 'repeat'? Winning 2 championships in a row?

Definitely baseball.
The easiest is the NBA...we're on the verge of seeing the same 2 teams in the NBA Finals for the 3rd straight year. You look at teams like Memphis, Toronto, Houston, and they're capable of putting together winning seasons, but you know from opening day that they don't have a chance to win a championship.
The NBA is like those Euro futbol club leagues, like La Leagua where you know it's going to be Barcelona or Real Madrid, or Premiere, Serie A, etc., where you know it's gonna be the same 2 or 3 teams.

Yeah, MLB is the hardest, then I'd say the NHL.

I definitely think baseball is the hardest, but NFL has closed that gap since the free agency era began.
