I've watched him pitch a couple of times, he's got good stuff. He should be pretty good.
It's all about the adjustments in baseball. They adjust to you, then you gotta figure out how to adjust to their adjustments.
It's a circular kind of thing.

He's improving a lot. The Guardians should have a real nice rotation in 2021 if Aaron Civale and Beebs are healthy

He'll do well enough to be a hot commodity in free agency in a few years and sign with any of the big market teams or be traded away for prospects... as is the tradition of the G's whenever they have star (or star-caliber) players.
