As someone who watched him on Disney and Nick as a kid and then not hearing about him at all for like a decade, Austin making big moves all these years later is actually impressive. |

I hope she turns them down. Cancelling Batgirl the way they did was a supremely shitty move. They wasted months of her time on a film they're not going to release I hope she she has enough self respect to say 'no' and work for a studio that won't treat her like crap.

Smollett remained tight-lipped about when fans can expect the film to arrive on HBO Max during an interview with The Cut. "Can’t say a thing," she responded when the interviewer referred to Black Canary as a 2023 release. "I can’t even confirm or deny what you just said."
