It's an English-language film. I think it's from the '90s. A boy and a girl that are between 11 and 14 live in a small town (I think the movie takes place in a previous decade). They learn what sex is and she convinces him to try it, even though they're not a couple. They're both in a living room in the middle of the day in their underwear. Once they take it off, they hug. I don't mean that as a euphemism. They literally try to have sex just by hugging each other... standing up. He's clearly enjoying it, but she says "No, that's my bellybutton!" and pushes him away. They eventually figure out how to do it properly... and it results in her getting pregnant. From this point on, the mother of one of them agrees that they should all live together so she can help them raise the baby. The girl even dates another boy despite her condition.
I don't know how the movie ends. I assume the 2 protagonists eventually realized they have feelings for each other and started to date.
