Harold Ramis?
While I know the he either helped write and/or directed... some/all?... of these films... I can only vote for the ones where he had a major roll in it...
1.) Ghostbusters 2.) Stripes 3.) Ghostbusters II
While I love Groundhog Day, Harold Ramis was only in it for one very short scene.
If he was in Caddyshack, then I keep missing it.

Bill Murray generally leaves me cold; Groundhog day is the only movie where I have responded positively to his acting. I feel that his true calling is in dramatic acting, not comedy.

I think OP is just talking collaborations, whether Harold appeared onscreen or not. He wrote & directed Caddyshack. (Which got my vote).

It's a tough choice between Ghostbusters and Groundhog Day, but I went with the former, if only slightly.

I know the obvious answer should be Groundhog Day, but since I was thinking of having both guys onscreen for most of the film, my choice went with Stripes.
