Gus Edwards - well, fuck. Holy siht... I just single handedly just killed the 2021 Baltimore Ravens. Had both Dobbins & Edwards... & now I've got their Williams.  That's a great day. Patriots now in the playoffs.

I've been doing some tweaking to my roster since the Gus injury. I'm now starting Aiyuk with McLaurin in the WR spots and moved OBJ to flex. Stefanski is playing coy acting like he's a game-time decision. I think it's highly unlikely that he doesn't play, but if he doesn't, I'd be out of luck with my other receivers playing earlier in the day. So I picked up Henry Ruggs as a backup choice, playing on Monday. You never know with these second-year players; could be a breakout campaign.
I'm not sure if Murray still has it but anyone can be a serviceable RB with Baltimore. Let's see if he eventually grabs the bulk of the work.

I don’t know, the defense is completely different this year. New and returning faces everywhere. There’s no telling how they’ll look, and Burrow is returning from a major injury. I’d start Carr. Losing Peters is a major blow to Baltimore’s defense. |

I've the Patriots D, their new kicker, & both TE's... so maybe another high draft pick to trade for 3 6ths next spring.

I believe outside of maybe Dak last year (before his injury) he lead the league in pass attempts per game or a stat to that sort. They will throw and throw often. Plus Burrow has value to his mobility. So I would go Burrow. |

I think I'm starting to hate Kyle Shanahan as much as Belichick when it comes to his personnel decisions. The decision to not play Aiyuk today was a killer.

'During a preseason presser, Belichick noted the benefits of having access to 2 kickers. He said:' 'I think there’s a lot of merit to it. That’s why he’s on the practice squad, and, as all the players are, with the two standard activations that teams are allowed to have, that’s a lot different than it was going back to ’19 where it was a whole different set of rules. There’s certainly more flexibility, and I feel like right now we have two good kickers combined in our total roster, and to me, that’s a good thing.'

It was looking ugly at one point with Aiyuk (fuck), Terry losing his QB, and Tyler Boyd (the least popular Bengals receiver of the day) coupled with my opponent's Pittsburgh defense and TJ Hockenson beasting. Aaron Rodgers picked a good time to have one of the worst games of his career, however. Thanks to him, I'm only down 31.22 points with Lamar and Waller still to play. All they have to do is match their projections...
