I try, (exercise, meditate, eat a healthy breakfast,,,,etc) but I'm not consistent I really think a healthy morning routine is key Do you have one?

While I "fell off" of my routine during lock-down, I'm starting to get back to walking for about 40 minutes, or so. For me, that's a little more than 2 miles. I'm retired, so I have the time in the morning.
I've heard that drinking a large glass of water in the morning is good for you system. It's said that it "wakes up your organs." Whether that's gospel, or "hooey," I'm not sure. But, a glass of water, certainly, wouldn't hurt you. I'm pretty consistent at it.

I've also been reading about good things that happen with water fasting, especially when reaching autophagy. I almost made it 2 days, not easy. I like your routine, thanks for sharing

When I was a young adult (late teens-early twenties) I was normally getting up around 4.30am (sometimes earlier) for work . I loved it , and generally worked to dusk . I would normally eat porridge (with milk , sugar and bananas) . I also liked bacon & eggs but it took too long to make when half awake in the morning . But with each decade , I got a little slower . In my fifties , I looked back on my routine and hated slowing up . But that's purely just the physical slowdown of age . If I had some spare time like late afternoon , I would go for a walk . And if you're still in your late 20's to early 40's you could take up some sport or join a sports club or a gym .

It was, until a few months ago waking up, taking a dab, and just setting myself for an aloof day. Now I've been in bed by 9:00PM, up by 5:00AM, shower, coffee and read till' six, off to climbing gym, and then big breakfast. Difference between productivity levels is night and day.

I drink a coffee and a water and eat two granola bars…then go to work. 5 days out of 7 at least.

I usually get up when my mom calls me, take her to the bathroom, if it's not too early I bring her cereal with a banana, then I go back to bed
