This is me being sort of curious where people here stand on the trans issue.
I was just thinking about this. All other colors are more or less neutral in terms of what certain types of males will wear and have belongings of that color, but pink seems to be mostly associate with femininity. At the same time, certain males are very attracted to pink and makes them think about sex. When I see a woman wearing all pink I find it arousing.
I was thinking about this because of my own dislike of wanting to wear the color and I figured it is probably a social construct rather than anything else, but I am wondering how it started and more curious why it is just pink.
I think purple was more associated with femininity once upon a time, but purple seems to have become a more neutral color too.
Here is an article about it and I do think it is creepy how we are sort of brainwashed into liking certain things and thinking certain things.

I personally think the whole "gender" argument going on now more then ever is interesting, but deeply confusing. I have only ever referred to myself as male, because I was born with a certain set of body features. It seems that certain people want to reject their physical biology and pretend to be something they aren't. No matter how I feel about myself inside, I was born with a certain body. Reality isn't make believe land, you can't just pretend you are something you aren't.
I also want to say I think the news and media perverts things. Meaning I have talked to trans people in real life and they aren't as unreasonable as the media makes out. Maybe I just have happened to only talk to ones that are more rational.
Trans people and "non-binary" people are human beings and deserve all the rights that a human being deserves. If there is anyone here who is trans or non-binary I support you, but don't expect me to understand you and support everything you think, especially on an issue so complex. Those are 2 separate things. It seems that the trans movement in the media just expects everyone to just understand things without question, because it upsets them too much that people don't. I think everyone needs to do a better job at communicating and be patient with people and society, within reason.
