There were some rumors going around that they were trying to cast John and Emily Blunt and Sue Storm and Reed Richards. I don’t know how true that was, but I’d support that casting too. |

There were some rumors going around that they were trying to cast John and Emily Blunt and Sue Storm and Reed Richards. I don’t know how true that was, but I’d support that casting too. They’ve been popular choices for a while, and they are good choices. But I don’t think Emily Blunt has any interest in starring in superhero movies. |

Heard an online rumour that Chris Pine is being tapped to play Reed Richards. Can't say I would mind if that one turned out to be true. Love the idea of Teresa Palmer as Sue/The Invisible Woman.

As for Victor Von Doom, my original pick would have been Oscar Isaac, mainly because there's an intensity to him that I think works well for Dr. Doom. Plus he has this flat stare that can be pretty intimidating.  But he's been cast as Moonknight so he's off the table. And the more I think about it, the more I think that my 2nd choice would actually be better: Michael Fassbender. Because there's just a cold, calculating (almost psychotic) glint in his eyes that should work well for Doom.   If that still doesn't work because a lot of people might still associate him as Magneto, then my third pick will be Luke Evans. |
