"Set in 1970s San Fernando Valley, the film follows a high school student, who is also a successful child actor"
I guess he's going to change the title, but I wonder if there's a possibility of it being released this year.
I'm not that excited, since his work after the magnificent "There Will Be Blood" has been mediocre at best. He's using Bradley Cooper, so he'll probably get a lot of people to watch, but I just hope it's good.

He makes painfully dull, pretentious, self-indulgent garbage.
He's a poor man's Robert Altman.

It's not going to do very well if he keeps that title.

LOL
On IMDB, it's been changed to "Untitled" and now "Soggy Bottom" is the original title.. I think titles mean a lot more today, because of short attention spans, but also because of the internet and searches, etc..

Also looks like Bennie Safdie is in it, thought his (breakthrough?) role in 'Good Time' was phenomenal.

Most of his influences are pretty overt, but I still enjoy his films for the most part. Certainly one of the more interesting, at least to me, English language directors working today. Will see this regardless, but really hope it get's a title change.

Hmmmm, a November release in two months... Maybe we'll see a trailer soon.
I just went on the IMDB page.. Is this being distributed or made in Australia? (It's in parantheses)
