Great action movie. Charlie Sheen is awesome in this. He was partnered well with Nastassja Kinski.
There are some hilarious lines and the stunt work is top notch. The action scenes were nicely done.
Christopher McDonald and James Gandolfini were fun as the russian villains.
Sheen did a bunch of these really fun action movies in the early 90s - Navy Seals, The Rookie, The Chase and Terminal Velocity.

I don't really remember much about it other than it trying to imitate Point Break or Point Break trying to imitate it... Either way the end result was a shit movie starring Charlie Sheen.

An average action thriller, with, thanks to skydiving in the storyline, has a red Cadillac Catera falling from a plane.
6/10
Speaking of skydiving, Drop Zone, also from 1994, was better. But just slightly.
