I like Shrimp Scampi. One of their chefs brines the shrimp before cooking. I thought that was a bit silly, but I tried it. It was excellent, and the brine is simple. She also made a little sauce to go on it. I just saute it in lemon, butter and garlic, and serve it on Angel Hair pasta. www.youtube.com/watch?v=95ADdCHqQFU&t=459s

Defrost 5 raw tail-on shrimp. I use size 21-25 per pound.
3 half-slices bacon, Air fryer, 12 min at 310. Turn after 6 minutes
Char the shrimp on both sides over a gas stove on a small rack so they get opaque on each side. Put habanero powder and garlic powder on them.
Put shrimp in air fryer at the 10 min mark and turn up the temp for the final 2 minutes.
Eat each shrimp with a quarter slice of bacon. Eat the remaining quarter slice last.

Love shrimp scampi! Shrimp of all kinds really. A little hole in the wall Chinese restaurant that we went to years ago always had a fried shrimp on the buffet that wasn't like your typical fried shrimp. It had a very light tempura type batter on it and when our waitress saw us pulling off the tails, she shook her head and said 'eat all'. You were supposed to eat the tails too! I think they were called butter shrimp.
Kind of like these....https://lovefoodies.com/chinese-garlic-shrimp/

Homemade' Pasta Garlic Alfredo with Shrimp.
Small Shell Pasta Jar Of Classic Alfredo Sauce Garlic Powder X-Small pre-cooked Shrimp (Frozen)
Cook the shell pasta... Thaw the Shrimp... Mix all ingredients together... Heat until hot.
You can cook it all in the microwave.
Yummy!

I think those are called butterfly shrimp. Usually on the pu pu platter along with other deep-fried appetizers. The ones I have had were mostly batter and not very light. Never cared much for them and I would never eat the tail.

Even though this is a frozen dish, it's really delicious and very easy to make. I see it at Walmart usually. Its very high in saturated fat though. So... eat at your own risk. lol.

I've had that before, but I usually get a different but similar product from Kroger... I think it is just a bit better... I'll usually have it with plain white rice... I'll get that "ready rice" from Uncle Ben's, that you can heat up in the Microwave in the package in 90 Seconds... Heat the Shrimp up in a microwaveable bowl in about 6 minutes... Add the rice... Nice little meal cooked in the Microwave within 10 minutes.

I do something very similar to this. But I don't like that instant rice. I mean, it's alright but I prefer Rice Select Jasmati Rice. Its got a really great taste and pretty easy to make, takes about 20 minutes. And I make the Sea*Pak Scampi in the oven.
But yeah, Rice Select is great. It's packaged in this here -
