The GG night crew (twin brothers Ralph and Rolf) dropped and broke the computer mainframe while horsing around and playing catch with it last evening -- then ran like hell and haven't been seen or heard from since.
Both the computer company and the sheriff have been notified.
Will keep you all posted when we are expected to be back online.

Any luck repairing Garth Incorporated’s mainframe yet, Matt?
Have you tried The Geek Squad? Have you tried all the king’s horses and all the king’s men?
I’m concerned that the invaluable Garth Game archives have been lost and, if so, how that would be a cultural disaster from which the world might never recover.
Also, has the Garth Players’ personal information been compromised? Are we all now susceptible to Russian hackers? Should I change my Garth PIN number?
We are all anxiously awaiting a statement from our venerable QM.
It’s been a long day’s journey into night.
I’m drinking because of these concerns and also because it’s Thursday.

The good news first, Jervis:
a new, state-of-the-art (and very expensive) computer system arrived yesterday by Pony Express.
The GG staff members could barely contain their excitement as the intricate and very modern device was being assembled by experienced hands.
They all had -- High Hopes
They had High Hopes
They had High Apple-Pie-in-the-Sky Hopes

Now for the bad news:
When it finally was plugged in, all the electrical circuits for the whole city block blew out -- even including Solly's Deli next door.
Egbert the GG Electrician determined that the cause was traced to the outmoded electrical board in the Quizmaster's inner office. -- he even discovered a tag on it that read: 'Personally Installed by Ben Franklin, 1765.'

But there was at least one silver lining -- fugitive GG night crew members, twin brothers Ralph and Rolf, were apprehended by local authorities while attempting to stowaway aboard a Swedish tramp steamer at Pier Six in Perth Amboy.

Unfortunately food get's rotten while awaiting so all tacos was sent to re-cycling. On the other hand If it's Saturday, it's cheeseburger day!  Saturday 1952 Hank Williams reached the number one spot with Jambalaya  A Jambalaya Burger, according to over thousand recipes. if it's Saturday, there will be a selection of Chile wines, since it's Chile day on Saturday  sip them gently while playing. |
