I have seen all the Tarzan movies that Johnny Weissmuller and Maureen O'Sullivan did together i have all the movies on DVD
If i where to rank them from best to worst it would be
Tarzan and His Mate (1934) Tarzan Escapes (1936) Tarzan The Ape Man (1932) Tarzan`s Secret Treasure (1941) Tarzan Finds a Son (1939) Tarzan`s New York Adventure (1942)
The only one of them i don`t like is Tarzan`s New York Adventure (1942)

I like the ones with Maureen OSULLIVAN. I think Tarzan the ape man 8s my favorite but it really needs restoration.

I have a copy of Tarzan, The Ape Man, and have seen all the others, but not in a long time.
The 1932 film kickstarted the talkie era Tarzans and made a star out of Olympic Champion Johnny Weissmuller, but it isn't the best of the series, which generally goes to Tarzan and His Mate.
My personal favorite is Tarzan Escapes, a stark, often gruesome member of the set that was heavily edited by the studio after some negative audience reaction. I saw the movie during a re-issue in the mid 1950's and never forgot the final scene in the native village and Tarzan's escape through a tunnel filled with crocodiles and other nasty beasties.
The movies were a Saturday morning staple on television for years.
Tarzan Escapes Tarzan and His Mate Tarzan, The Ape Man Tarzan's New York Adventure Tarzan Finds A Son
I have to put Tarzan's Secret Treasure at the end because it is the only one I don't remember.
