I'm slowly phasing out dairy. I don't think I'll ever give up ethical eggs completely, however. I've been full vegetarian for 13-years now. I feel mostly good about my diet. My trying to get off carbonated beverages. I drink a lot if loose leaf tea and water as opposed to fizzy water, but I get away from Diet Pepsi. I switched to caffeine free but that's to help me justify drinking it to myself, lol. That is amazing. Good job! I think it’s wonderful you’re thinking of the benefits of what you put in your body. Btw, Diet Pepsi isn’t vegan. Idk why. They don’t release all the ingredients (secret recipe) but it’s not vegan is all they will say.

I went vegetarian a little over a year ago, and I can say I do feel better. I can eat big meals and not feel as sick and sluggish as I used to when I was on a mostly meat diet. Even when I do pig out, I don't put on weight as quickly or easily. I do eat a lot of vegan options as well, and I would like to convert more and more to veganism; however, I haven't been able to find a good substitute for eggs. I'm a big fan of a nice, hot breakfast in the mornings. This, along with the occasional cheese (though I have found good vegan cheeses), is what has kept me out of being full on vegan. Any suggestions for hot vegan breakfasts? I love beyond sausage and “just egg” if you want a breakfast substitute (if I miss old breakfasts)… If you’re looking for less of a meat substitute. I love diced potatoes, peppers, and vegan sauces on a soft tortilla, to make a breakfast burrito. Plant X makes Chipotle Bitchin Sauce and it’s plant based (vegan). So good to spread on the burrito for flavor.

Might be processed where they process dairy. Oreos are vegan. That's the thing about us, never underestimate Americans to make any diet unhealthy. Unprocess as much in general in the way to go. But I won't lie, Double Stuff Oreos FTW, lol.

I recently discovered a beyond sausage that seemed closer to a beyond chorizo, and man, that was delicious! I love diced potatoes with some cayenne pepper mixed in. Gives it a great kick.

Now you're acting like an obnoxious vegetarian. You said you're not here to debate. Stop making judgments based on a joke. You are exactly what you claimed not to be.
I eat about 50% vegan. The rest of my diet is mostly vegetarian. I eat maybe fish or chicken twice a week. I hate beef. It's like chewing leather. I will have good quality steak maybe once a year. Lol.
Dude, I know all about this stuff.
Perhaps the joke wasn't well done. Okay, duh, got it the second time I read it. That's rare for me.

Metal straws? I've seen paper ones but never metal. Yeah, I've got some collapsible ones.

Metal straws? I've seen paper ones but never metal. You can buy a pack with metal utensils and a metal straw to take with you to fast food restaurants and things like that. Or eating your own food. Then pack it back up and wash it at home.
