if irishmen be half the man
if irishmen be half the man, that scots and english be. than i best cuckold all the rest, and haves me self a see.
for i have never seen the likes of irish men you see, lest they be drunk bent over stump or wrapped around some tree.
a huggin' and a kissin' it like they was makin' porn. with nature as their virgin miss, a slobberin' and forlorn.
oh tell me where these irish be, i reads so much about? that ponder nights of starry heights and love amidst the crowds?
of life fulfilled with love of land, of woman, birth and heathers' stand. tis ireland that breeds the cloth of men like these to fuel lifes' broth?
for if an irish man be half of what i read of him. then i be one to toast his health and revel in the din. that beauty knows no boundary so thanks me lucky stars. i lift me glass towards Ireland, and hail the men you are!
sjw 03/15/10 inspired at this very moment in time by me love of all things green.
