Anyone know of any, that have a lot of singing in them? Like so much that it's almost like a musical. I've never seen any horror film that had a lot of singing in it.

Someone once opined that the 1943 Phantom of the Opera had more opera in it than Phantom.
Maybe Phantom of the Paradise, although I haven't seen it in years.

Someone once opined that the 1943 Phantom of the Opera had more opera in it than Phantom. That was in the Leonard Maltin movie guide.

I even liked the fact that Claude Rains was given a far less severe makeup as the Phantom. I think it distinguished it well from Chaney's version.

Definitely more of a period musical than gothic horror though.

These may not exactly qualify for what you're talking about, but Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man has an out-of-nowhere musical number:

This is an obvious one but Tim Burton's Sweeney Todd.

Not sure if this one actually counts as a horror movie or black comedy, but it sure does contain lots and lots of bloody violence, gore, nasty and weird shit, and yeah, Meet the Feebles (1989) is one of the funniest and best movies Peter Jackson ever made. And the songs are pure gold. Surpisingly catchy as well.
