My film viewing of the year so far is 'Axis Sally : The Trial Of An American Traitor', also known as 'Axis Sally', 'American Traitor', or 'American Traitor : Axis Sally'. It reminded me that no frills storytelling and armchair theatre still work for me, even in the hi-dangle, all-frills 21st century.

I remember seeing Blu-ray/DVD copies at Wal-Mart and thinking it looked like some Pacino direct-to-DVD film.

I can't lie, the direction is basic "point and shoot", so enjoyment, or general interest, I suspect lies in whether you find the storytelling compelling enough to carry you through to the close.
