I think the Colts have a shot at the playoffs - they have a pretty good team all around, Wentz is playing better than I expected him to, Taylor is a great RB, and they are pretty deep on both sides of the ball. Their schedule has been really hard and they still have several hard games left, but if they can win 1 or 2 of those they could definitely get a playoff slot. We need to win the division - Ravens/Browns/Bengals and Chargers/Raiders/Chiefs will be very tough to beat out for a wild card spot. I think the Colts could still get a Wild Card slot if they pull off a couple of upsets.

Another unique score in the NFL. First time a game ended 31-5. 2nd time this year, Rams 38-11 Giants was another. The full list www.pro-football-reference.com/boxscores/missing-scores.htmSome won't happen, 70-70? Yeah, offense is up but there's been one 70 in history. 14-8 is one I'd have thought would have happened.

Just looked it up: LA Rams 70, Baltimore Colts 27 (Oct. 22, 1950)

Just looked it up: LA Rams 70, Baltimore Colts 27 (Oct. 22, 1950) Still amazes me that the highest scoring game in NFL History happened in 1966. And that the three 70+ scores happened in 1940, 1950 and 1966. The 1940 was the NFL championship, Bears 70-Redskins 0. Skins owner George Preston Marshall had called the Bears "crybabys" and "quitters" and stirred up a hornets nest. The 1950 game, Rams 70, Colts (not THE Colts) 27 was a high powered offense against a team than folded after the season.

A 1-point score for a team is possible.
Say the Dolphins score late to go up 12-0 and go for the 2 point conversion and they fumble. The ball is picked up by a Jets player, who runs the length of the field and is stripped before getting in the end zone. A Dolphins player grabs the ball on the field of play, circles back into the end zone, and is tackled there.
The Jets are awarded a 1 point safety. Final score 12-1 Dolphins.

I like Byron Leftwich Jameis more than Sean Payton Jameis. I'm guessing he won't be New Orleans's QB next year.

Tre'quan Smith and Kevin White are pure garbage. The Saints offensive playmakers are awful outside of Kamara.

Why do the Saints keep stopping the clock?
