Time for my cult choice. The Thuggees - the Kali worshipping, blood-drinking, heart-removing, children-torturing/enslaving minions of Molo Ram from Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984).
Slasher: Freddy Krueger (ANOES 1984) Beast: Jaws (Jaws 1975) Serial Killer: John Doe (Seven 1995) Monster Hunters: The Monster Squad (The Monster Squad 1987) Creature: Brundle Fly (The Fly 1986) Creature (small): Krites (Critters, 1986) Zombies - Return of the Living Dead (1986) Demon - Lead Cenobite (Hellraiser, 1987) Cult - Thuggees (Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, 1984).

I’m taking the Borg as my aliens. Specifically from Star Trek: The Next Generation. This is when they were at their most ruthless, unknown, and scary.
If it has to be a movie, we’ll say Star Trek: First Contact (1996)

I almost had a 'killer robot' as a category but it seemed better suited for an upcoming sci-fi draft instead.)

Yeah, give me the Borg Queen from First Contact then.

Since Goons took my first choice cult, I’d better be quick and snap up my backup: the Hårga commune from Midsommar (2019). That was my backup choice if someone (apparently you) took Summersisle.

Revenant- Jennifer Check (Jennifer's Body) Hawt I gotta rewatch that. I didn't care for it at the time, but based on The Invitation I'm willing to watch any and every thing that Karyn Kusama has directed. Plus I know this one has been sort of rediscovered in the last few years... By the way... The Invitation would be a great choice for one of these categories.. just sayin for anyone who needs to fill that space still.

For witches, do we need to pick a singular witch, or can we pick a depiction of witches? If it's the latter, I'll go with Suspiria (2018). The original is great, but it's so....weird. The remake isn't perfect and overlong, but Thom Yorke's score and the performances from Tilda Swinton, Dakota Johnson and really everyone are first rate. There's one scene in particular where a dancer is on the receiving end of the witches wrath that is quite memorable.
Slasher: Freddy Krueger (ANOES 1984) Beast: Jaws (Jaws 1975) Serial Killer: John Doe (Seven 1995) Monster Hunters: The Monster Squad (The Monster Squad 1987) Creature: Brundle Fly (The Fly 1986) Creature (small): Krites (Critters, 1986) Zombies - Return of the Living Dead (1986) Demon - Lead Cenobite (Hellraiser, 1987) Cult - Thuggees (Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, 1984) Witch(es) - Suspiria (2018) (pending board approval)

I didn't catch it in the theater, and everytime I go to watch something the runtime has put me off from taking the plunge.

Evil genius - I’ll take Patrick Bateman (American Psycho, 2000)
He’s not the megalomaniac you’d expect from this category, but he’s as ruthlessly intelligent as they come.

Maybe an outside the box choice but think she qualifies as she could brain wash people a bit with her tea spoon.
Evil Genius: Missy Armitage from Get Out

There are a lot of good outside the box choices for Witches, but when you think of a Witch who do you picture?
Margaret Hamilton as The Wicked Witch of the West from The Wizard of Oz (1939). She is THE image we all think of.
...well I might originally think of Witch Hazel from the Looney Tunes, but she's also modeled after the Wicked Witch of West.
