But I would like to see the Texans get it, even though it looks like it will be the Lions. Will they take a QB when they've got Goff? We shall see.
I don't follow the draft stuff that closely, so I wouldn't know for sure about this. But yeah, Jets or Lions is my guess. Texans should win a few games once they get Taylor back.
Not sure about teams "tanking". If I ran an NFL team, I'd tank only for a franchise QB. And there isn't one in 2022. The probable #1 pick is Oregon's edge rusher Kavyon Thibodeaux (you'd think he'd be at LSU with a name like that). A great edge rusher but he's no Peyton Manning or Kyler Murray. He's a beast but his weight (258) might make him a "tweener". Light to go up against 370 lb pro offensive linemen
