This is it folks. The most turd infested bottom of the barrel films Hollywood had squeezed out. The top five worst films of all time according to IMDb 2.

Who do you have? What’s the worst of the worst?

Round 5 winner: “Leonard Part 6”

Round 4 winner: “Saving Christmas” (2014)

Round 3 winner: “Manos: The Hands of Fate” (1966)

Round 2 winner: “Battlefield Earth” (2000)

Round 1 winner: “Ghostbusters: Answer the Call” (2016)

There were 60 films nominated over the period of a week.

I’m going to post a new poll every Saturday .

12 Movies in each round.

5 Rounds.

Then, the final round will have the 5 winners of each round.

The Final Five winner will be crowned the WORST MOVIE EVER MADE… according to IMDb 2

Saving Christmas.

It isn't a film; it's basically one long arrogant lecture about how Christmas has been corrupted by commercialism while using said commercialism as metaphors for the Christianity of Christmas (visualise crosses whenever one sees Christmas Trees, presents as representations of Jerusalem, "Santa [Claus] is the man!" etc).

We have too many trolls voting. These "finalists" aren't the "worst movies" by any means. They're just kind of dull movies.

There are hundreds of "worst movies" that are written with nothing but hate and racism, meant to depress, divide, and alienate viewers. The trolls of IMDB love "hate" too much to vote for actual "worst" movies.

This should just be called "dullest movie" contest for the movie most likely to be graded 3/10.

Of these finalists I've only seen Battlefield Earth and MANOS. I voted Battlefield Earth.

Although MANOS is a very bad movie, at least I enjoyed watching it, thanks to the MST3K riffing. I even willingly watched more MANOS as research for the quote thread.

This is very hard, because 4 out of of those 5 got a 0/10 from me. Hmmm... You know what? I pick LEONARD PART 6. With the other 3, if I'm generous, I can find sort-of positive things about them (that are ultimately overshadowed by the negative things). There's absolutely nothing that I like about LEONARD PART 6. With most bad comedies, I don't laugh and that's it. With this one, I was constantly wondering "How is that even supposed to be funny?"

I agree in regards to GHOSTBUSTERS, a movie that's considered by most to be decent yet it easily attracts trolls. However, those other ones are worthy contenders, as far as worldwide consensuses go. I'm sure there less famous bad movies out there... but that's the thing. These movies are famous because they're so bad.

Ghostbusters 2016 is atrocious. I don't have a problem with an all female team, I like Kristen Wig. I saw it last year on TV, I never bothered with the carry on surrounding it, I thought it would be ok, I was wrong.

It's a big budget studio movie with one of the most unfunny comedy scripts conceived, wasted on all the performers, I've never seen groan inducing comedy like this before. PK meters that look kinda vaginal and the Stay Puft marsh mallow man shot in the nuts. It's bad, very, very bad. Then I remembered I used to enjoy Ghostbusters as a kid, that made it hurt even more.

Battlefield Earth is a worthy contender for being both bland and bad.

Manos is low budget and I haven't seen the others. I think big budget theatrical holocausts are worse than low budget ones.

I've only seen Manos, the Hands of Fate out of this list, so I have to sit this one out.

As far as the final selection being the "worst of all time," it is only bad to those who have seen it. I can think of dozens of movies that never made this poll that are far worse, from grade z, badly acted horror films like Maniac (1934) to cringeworthy anti-Semitic tripe churned out in Germany in the 1940's.

The various polls are fun and allow people to dump on their favorite really-really-atrocious films while comparing them to someone else's really-really-atrocious films.

Looks like Manos is ahead of the pack right now, but as the dogs round the final turn and head into the homestretch....
