10-minute short filmed using an early colour film system called Friese-Greene Natural Colour. This was part of a series of travelogues called "The Open Road". A 60-minute compilation of clips from the series is available on DVD.

The name Friese-Greene rang a bell in my head, so I had to look it up, and both yes and no, Claude Friese-Greene was a son of William Friese-Greene, the latter an early British movie pioneer who's life was made into a film in 1951, The Magic Box with Robert Donat.
